The Annual Sports Meet held on 15th November 2025, began with a march-past, where students from all houses displayed perfect coordination and discipline. The chief guest, Mr Sadananda Shirva, Retd. Sr. Manager, Karnataka Bank & Cricket Coach inaugurated the meet by lighting the Sports Torch, symbolizing energy, unity and the spirit of fair play. This was followed by a motivating speech encouraging students to participate actively and develop a healthy competitive spirit.
Various track and field events were organised for students of all classes such as 100m, 200m and relay races, long jump, high jump, shot put & discus throw. Parents were invited to take part in special games, which created an energetic and inclusive atmosphere.
The event concluded with the prize distribution ceremony, where the chief guest of the valedictory ceremony, Mr Santhosh PM, Swimming Coach, NITK awarded medals and certificates to the winners. Mr Santhosh congratulated all the participants and emphasized the importance of sports in building confidence, teamwork and discipline.
