The Department of Orthopaedics, KS Hegde Medical Academy organized the 15th Dr. M Sudhakar Shetty Memorial 43rd Mangalore Orthopaedic Course under the aegis of the Canara Orthopaedic Society, Karnataka Orthopaedic Association from 13th to 15th February 2026 at Avishkar, ABSMIDS.
The program was graced by eminent dignitaries, including Prof. (Dr) M Shantharam Shetty, Pro-Chancellor, Nitte University; Dr. Sandeep Rai, Dean, KSHEMA; Dr. R Sumalatha Shetty, Medical Superintendent, JKSHCH; Dr. Sudeep Shetty, President, COS; Dr. B Sachidananda Rai, President, KOA; Dr. Jeevan; Dr. Athmanand; Dr. Vikram Shetty, HoD, Orthopaedics and Dr. Shailesh Pai.
Distinguished faculty from various medical colleges delivered expert talks on topics relevant to postgraduate studies. The sessions provided valuable exposure to recent advancements in orthopaedics, inspiring young professionals and enhancing their academic growth.
The program witnessed participation from over 200 postgraduate delegates across India.
