The Department of Radiodiagnosis & Medical Imaging Technology conducted a Cardiac CT Workshop on 27th & 28th February 2026 as part of its ongoing academic activities. The workshop aimed at enhancing the practical knowledge and technical skills of radiology technicians, postgraduates and faculty members.
Resource person, Mr. Kartheeswaran from SRM University, delivered informative sessions and demonstrated various aspects of cardiac CT scanning, including patient preparation, scan protocols and post-processing techniques. His sessions were interactive and helped participants understand the practical workflow of cardiac CT. A total of 50 participants participated in the workshop which was held in the Radiology CT Console Room, allowing participants to observe the CT system and console operations directly.
