The inauguration of NICO Film Society was held at the University Auditorium, Paneer Campus, on 2nd September 2026 providing students with a platform to foster their interest in cinema, filmmaking and visual storytelling.
Dr. Moulya B, Head, NICO & Staff Coordinator of NICO Film Society, highlighted the importance of cinema as a powerful medium of communication, creativity and cultural expression. Mr. Ajay, Student Coordinator of the Film Society, spoke about the society’s vision and proposed activities for students.
The program was organized by Mr. Prakash K, Asst. Professor and Co-coordinator of NICO Film Society.
