The Nitte Institute of Speech & Hearing, in collaboration with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing, Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences, Nitte (DU), organized a workshop titled “Lactation Essentials: Knowledge & Skills” for M.Sc. (Speech Language Pathology) students on 19 September 2026 at Nitte Institute of Speech and Hearing. The session was facilitated by Mrs. Sunanda B, Assistant Professor, and Mrs. Keerthimala K, Lecturer, from the Department of OBG-Nursing, with the aim of enhancing students’ knowledge and practical skills related to lactation and breastfeeding support. The workshop was organized by Dr. Deepthi K J, Professor under the guidance of Ms. Shwetha, Principal.
