News from NRAMP | Training Programme on Life Skills, Leadership and Personal Development

NRAM Polytechnic, Nitte, in association with the NSS Unit, conducted a series of training programmes for first-year students on 22nd September 2026.

The programme was organised to promote the holistic development of students by strengthening essential life skills, leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, self-confidence, positive thinking, civic responsibility and moral values.

JC Shrinith Kulal – Zone Trainer, Zone 15; JFD Pradeep Shetty – Provisional Zone Trainer; JFD MN Nayak – Zone Trainer, Zone 15; JC Veerendra RK – Zone Trainer, Zone 15; JC Mohan Nakare – Zone Trainer, Zone 15 and JC Jayashree Prakash – Zone Trainer, Zone 15 were the resource persons. The training programmes provided students with valuable insights into the importance of developing personal, social and leadership skills alongside technical education. The programme, conducted in association with the NSS Unit of NRAM Polytechnic, Nitte, reflects the institution’s commitment to the overall development of students by providing opportunities to build not only technical competencies but also the values, attitudes, confidence and life skills essential for becoming responsible and capable individuals.
