The NSS and YRC of Dr. NSAM First Grade College, Nitte, with the IQAC, organized a talk on "Food as Medicine: Healthy Eating for Physical and Mental Well-being" on 21st September 2026 at LH- B501, New Academic Building, NMAMIT Campus, Nitte. Chief Guest Dr. Vidya Rajesh, Clinical Dietitian, Dr. TMA Pai Rotary Hospital, Karkala, addressed on the issue related to balanced diet supports physical and mental health.
