News from NUCSER | Expert talk on Translational Cancer Research

NUCSER organised an expert talk by Dr Sudha M Sadasivan, Research Scientific Program Director, Division of Heme/Oncology, Henry Ford Health, Detroit, Michigan, USA, on 23rd September, 2026 at the institute. The postgraduate and doctoral students of NUCSER and KSHEMA attended the session. In her address, Dr Sudha shared the experiences of her team in developing alternative strategies for prostrate and lung cancer management that is being pursued at Henry Ford Health, USA. Post her lecture, she visited the KS Hegde Hospital and interacted with the clinicians from the Dept. of oncology and Dept. of pulmonary medicine to explore the possibilities of research collaborations.
