The NSS Unit of NRAM Polytechnic, Nitte organized a workshop on Self Confidence for the second-year student volunteers of the NSS Unit on 18th February 2026, to empower them with essential personality development and confidence-building skills.
JC Praveen Udupa, Zone Trainer, JCI India addressed students on the importance of self-confidence in achieving personal and professional success. He guided students on practical methods to build confidence such as positive thinking, preparation, continuous learning and facing challenges with determination. The session inspired students to believe in their abilities and work towards self-improvement.
