As yoga gains importance in healthcare, integrating it into our daily routine can greatly enhance students' capabilities and relieve stress,’ said Dr. Gnaneshwar Nayak, Vice-President, Karnataka State Patanjali Yoga Committee, participating as the resource person at the Yoga Day celebrations on 21st June 2024 at Dr. NSAM PU College, Mangalore.
Presiding over the event, Dr. Naveen Shetty K, Principal remarked, "Hundreds of countries worldwide embracing yoga is a matter of great pride for our nation. The scientific foundation of ancient yoga culture aids in alleviating modern life stress. Welcoming the sun during Brahmi Muhurta through yoga can uplift students from academic pressures to enthusiasm”.
