WORKSHOP ON KERALA CUISINE AT SAROSH

As an initiative to provide in depth information about the authenticity of the various dishes in Kerala cuisine the members namely ARUN, ANTHONY, LALU, TOM, JAIBIN of fourth year  under guidance of DHANYA.C.MENON HOD PRODUCTION demonstrated various dishes from Kerala cuisine.
