Students from class 7th to 10th attended the Anti Tobacco Day workshop conducted by Prof., Dr. Vaman Rao, H.O.D. of Biotechnology, NMAMIT, Nitte. The session was effective with a Powerpoint Presentation highlighting the causes and harmful effects of tobacco and its various products. On this occasion Students took a pledge to spread the awareness of harmful effects of tobacco and promised to abstain from tobacco in any form.
