‘INSPIRE’ at NMAMIT

The Taluk Level ‘INSPIRE’ (Innovation in Science Pursuits for Inspired Research) Competition for High School students was held at NMAMIT, Nitte from 5th to 8th July. 500 plus students from Udupi, Karkala Byndoor and Kundapur Taluk participated. The Central Govt. has given each student `.5000/- to make their models. 14 students from the Karkala Taluk qualified for the State Level. Our student Aldrin Nevil Noronha, class 10 was one amongst the Karkala Taluk students to qualify for the State Level INSPIRE Competition Aldrin made a model titled “Automated Green House and Irrigation.” Our school students got the opportunity to visit the competition venue and and benefit by the various Exhibits.
