Valedictory function of the training program for Assistant Managers of Vijaya Bank - NIBF

“Commitment to the Customer Satisfaction – need of the hour” said Smt Shalini Shetty,Assistant General Manager, Vijaya Bank RO Udupi. Smt Shalini Shettywas speaking on the occasion of the valedictory function of the training program for Assistant Managers of Vijaya Bank, at Nitte Campus ofNitte Institute of Banking and Finance.Smt Shetty recalled the contribution of the founding fathers of the Bank and its role in economic development of rural areas. Smt Shetty gave a clarion call to the officers to imbibe the great culture and tradition of Vijaya Bank and serve the customers with utmost devotion and dedication. She further advised the officers to give a patient hearing to the customers, understand their needs and extend timely service. She further added that being a good human being will go a long way in moulding our character and contribute to the all-round development of the society in large. Dr Niranjan Chiplunkar Principal NMAMIT presided over the function. Mr Chiplunkar opined that the officers have joined the banking industry at the right time and are poised for a fast & promising career growth. Prof K R Nayakwelcomed the gathering and Prof S D Pai, proposed Vote of thanks The program was compered by Prof M S Rao.
