Endowment Lecture was held on 18th March 2015 on the topic “Leadership challenges in the contemporary business scenario” - by Shri. S.R. Bansal Chairman and Managing Director, Corporation Bank.
His address said, “leadership is based upon first ‘walk and talk’ philosophy. Leaders are observed by the people and their behavior should be model for others. A person who has sincerity as well as punctuality will lead from the front”. Adding to this “he said younger generation is quick as well as smart, they have ability to think out of box however they lack commonsense in many ways. Only by experience they can overcome this lack, for that youth should have strong determination and dedication in their work”.
Prof. M S Moodithaya, Registrar of Nitte University in his presidential address, said that successful people look beyond the obvious, when a person is able to look beyond obvious he will become influential leader in society”. "Success is the matter of choice and it’s not by chance. Success is the product of Ideas, Implications and Impact ," he added. Dr. Veena BK, Principal welcomed the gathering while Ramesh M, Senior Grade Lecturer, Department of Commerce and management delivered the vote of thanks.
