The Department of Community Medicine organized a Health Camp / Outreach Program, "School Health Check-up" on 14-02-2015 at DKZP Higher Primary School sandspit Bengre.
A School health check-up was conducted on 14 February 2015 at Dakshina Kannada Zilla Panchayat Higher Primary School, Sandspit, Bengre. It was conducted by Intern Dr.Arjun S.Pillai under the guidance of Dr.B.P.Alva, Medical Officer, Rural Health Centre, Bengre and Mr.Santhosh N P Medico social worker Dept of Community Medicine KSHEMA.
A total of 7 students (4 boys, 3 girls) were examined for personal and dental hygiene, nutritional status and health status. Essential advice and medications were given.
