Sports Achievements - NSAMFGC Nitte

• Alnston Correa, II B.Com (A), secured III place in MUIC Athletics meet held at Swaraj Maidan, Moodabidri, on December 16 to 18, 2014. 

• Durgesh, II B.Com (B), secured III place in MUIC Athletics meet held at Swaraj Maidan, Moodabidri, on December 16 to 18, 2014. 

• Bindu K, I B.Com (A), secured I place in Udupi District Cross Country race at SMS College, Brahmavara. She also secured II place in 5 km race at Nitte-Mangalore Marathon, held on February 22, 2015 at Mangala Stadium Mangaluru. 

• Chaithra, III B.Com(A), secured I place in 47 Kg group of State level Senior Power lifting competition held on November 14 to16 at Bhadravathi.
  
  She secured I place with new meet records in Mangalore University Inter-collegiate Power Lifting Competition and awarded as the Strongest Women of Mangalore University. The competition held on December 8- 10, 2014 held at Udupi.
  
  She secured III Place in 47 Kg group of All India Inter-university Power lifting competition held on January 1 to 3, 2015 at Punjab Technical University.
  
  She secured I place in State Level Junior and senior Bench Press Competition held at Mangalore on February 8, 2015.
  
  She secured I place in 47 Kg group of South India Junior Bench Press competition held at Vijayawada. The competition was held on February 28 to March 1 of 2015, and she awarded as Junior Strong Women of South India of 2015.

• Umashree of I BBM secured II place in 52 Kg. group of Mangalore University Inter-collegiate Power lifting competition held at Udupi from December 8 to 10, 2014.
  
  She secured I place in 52 Kg. group of Junior and II place in Senior State level Bench press competition held at Mangalore on February 8, 2015.
  
  She won II place in 52 Kg. group of South India Junior Power lifting competition held at Vijayavada, and I place in 52 Kg. group of South India level Bench press competition held at Vijayavada, from 28 February to March 1, 2015. 
   

• Basket Ball Team (Men) secured Winners Trophy (2014-15) in Mangalore University Inter-collegiate Basket Ball Tournament held on 10-11 December 2014 
• 
  Basket Ball Team (Women) secured Winners Trophy (2014-15) in Mangalore University Inter-collegiate Basket Ball Tournament held on 7-8, March 2015.
  
  
  Women team also secured II place in St. Aloysius Trophy, held at Aloysius College, Mangalore. Women’s team Secured II place in Nitte Kreedothsava. Basket Ball (Women) team were the runners up in Udupi District level Basket ball tournament held at Manipal KMC ground on 5-6th March 2015.

• Hockey team (Women) secured III Place in Mangalore University Inter-collegiate Hockey tournament held at Murnad Madikeri on March 5 and 6, 2015.
