Lit Fest 2015-16 - NSAMFGC- Bengaluru

The 2015-16 Literary Festival was organized under the leadership of Dr. Meera Krishnappa ably supported by Mr. Appu Jadav, Mr.Sadanand, Mrs. Hemavathi, Mr.Ronald and Mrs. Sahithya.

It was well co-ordinated by our students - Karan Anand, Tejashree and Subhas.

The 3 day Literary Festival was conducted between July 15, 2015 and July 17, 2015. The Festival was christened “Lit Wings”. Our primary aim was to provide a platform for our students to exhibit their talent in various literary and artistic disciplines. The fest kicked off in a grand manner through customary lighting of lamp and the cutting of a cake.

The events conducted across multiple disciplines were explained in detail during the inauguration. Details of all events across disciplines were as follows:

• Elocution 

 Day 2

• Spell Bee 
• Poetry 
• Essay Writing 

Day 3 

• Mime 
• Skit 
• Picture Reading 

All events witnessed active and enthusiastic participation amongst our students. There was stiff competition which generated a lot of interest within the college during the 3 days. 

The judges had a tough time in deciding the winners since there were several students who excelled across events. 

A formal valedictory function was conducted by inviting a special Chief Guest, Dr. M.S.Murthy, to felicitate all winners. The awards to students were handed over by our Chief Guest and it was a proud moment for all our winners.
