Induction Training Program - NIBF

“Work with dedication and Grow with the Institution” said Sri K T Rai Field General Manager, Syndicate Bank. Sri Rai was inaugurating 2- week Induction Training Program for the newly recruited Probationary Clerks of Syndicate Bank. The program is being conducted by Nitte Education International at their Mangalore Campus. Sri Rai advised the employees to work hard and success will come automatically and opined that the career opportunities are immense in banking sector today. He also called upon the participants to acquire skills & knowledge to discharge their duties.



Dr M S Moodithaya, Registrar, Nitte University, speaking on the occasion advised the participants to adapt themselves to the need of the organization. He also called upon them to extend quality service to the customers as customer satisfaction holds the key to the Bank’s and it’s employees growth. He recalled the long standing relationship between the Bank & Nitte Group of institutions. Dr N K Thingalaya former Chairman & Managing Director of SyndicateBank presided over the function and recalled the contribution of the erstwhile Dakshina Kannada District to banking. He also highlighted the role of SyndicateBank in providing banking facilities to far and remote main land and island parts of the country. He praised the vision of the founders of the bank, whose Pigmy deposit scheme introduced in 1928, is the model for today’s Business Correspondents

The program was compered by Prof M S Rao and Prof K R Nayak proposed Vote of thanks.
