Session II
VASCULAR ACCESS
The initial session of the skills learning programme of ABHYUDAYA was conducted in the Skills lab of K S Hegde Hospital on 2nd July 2016 under the supervision of Dr. Raveendra US, Professor, Department Anesthesiology, K S Hegde Medical Academy.
The session was a hands on workshop on Vascular access with 12 participants from the MBBS Phase III students (6th term) extending from 2-4pm on Saturday, 2nd July, 2016.
Students were exposed to a lively hands on experience on IV cannulation and other vascular accesses methods. The participants of the session were Cherian George, Sabari Das, Lee Kah Yee, Tibu John Joyce, Sinha Shreya Sanjay, Ng Yu Xuan, Fathimath Nithash, Adithya Mungamuri, Theertha V M, G Pradeep, Shefali Tandon and Teenu Thomas.
