Fresher's Day - NSAMPUC - Bengaluru

25th of June 2016, was marked as a memorable day in the life of every fresher of academic year 2016-17 at Dr NSAM PU college, Bangalore.The Freshers day was filled with happiness, enthusiasm, excitement, joy, music and laughter. The program kick-started with the prayer and lighting of ceremonial lamp followed by the welcome address. Fresher's were formally welcomed by senior student Veenashree of II commerce A, into the NITTE family. The chief guest for the day was Mr. Nagaraj, Principal, NMIT. He welcomed all the freshers into the campus. He talked on the importance of discipline and positive attitude during student's life. He expressed high regard for the principal and the staff of their sister institution and offered support in NMIT campus. Dr. Meera Krishnappa, Principal, FGC addressed the gathering with a warm welcome to all new faces to NSAM family and wished all students good luck to their new journey in this campus. Thereafter a series of cultural events by seniors and freshers followed. Introduction round of freshers and the ramp walk for the contestants ended with the selection of Anjali.B, as Ms Fresher and Brijesh, as Mr Fresher of the academic year 2016-17. Winners of the title were honoured by our beloved principal Prof Rajalakshmy.The presentation of 'cherished memories by seniors was interesting. The program concluded with the vote of thanks by senior student Hemashree of II COM B followed by sumptuous
lunch.
