July 27, 2016 - Mr Karthik S Kateel, Founder and Director of "Swaraksha For Women", a program for ladies of all age groups, conducted a demonstration on self-defence for both PUC and FGC students. The session was very lively, interactive and informative to all the girls. The demonstration was very relevant and useful given all that we read in the news these days. The session was a great inspiration. It helped all to be become more confident and self-reliant.
