NMAMIT ACM Student Chapter organized a Two Days Workshop on “Ethical Hacking” during 8-9 October 2016. 74 students (08 from NMAMIT & 66 from other colleges) participated in the workshop. Resource Persons were from Dalvik Apps, Mumbai. They gave an overview of History of Hacking, Need for Ethical Hacking, Need for Hackers, Steganography and types of Networks. Also hands-on training was given on SQL Injection and protection from attacks. Prof. Manasa and Prof. Ravi were the faculty coordinators and Ms. Sanidhya Bhat and Ms. Samanvitha were the student coordinators. The workshop was organized through Networking SIG.
