The Department of Community Medicine organized a Public Awareness Program, "World Aids Day" on 01-12-2016 at K.S Hegde Medical Academy. They conducted poster competition among the undergraduate students. The competition was conducted by 1st year post graduates Dr. Shiny, Dr. kavya and Dr. Jithin.The Dean of the college and judges from other departments had come to view and rate the posters done by the students. Prices were given for the winners based on their creativity, awareness and knowledge regarding AIDS.
