The Department of Microbiology organized a CME / Symposium, "The Department of Microbiology in collaboration with Department of MLT organized a CME & Workshop "The 5th Annual Continuing Medical Education Program On “Guidelines for better laboratory practices” & Hands on training in “Best Practices of Phlebotomy technique & biomedical waste management." on 31-08-2017 at 2nd Floor, Seminar Hall, Justice K.S Hegde Charitable Hospital, Deralakatte, Mangalore.The CME was inaugurated by Prof Dr. Satheesh Kumar Bhandary, Dean of KSHEMA and Head of the Department Dr. Rekha Rai welcomed the gathering. Speakers for the day were Dr. Anup Kumar Shetty, from Father Muller Institute of Medical College & Hospital, Mangalore. Dr. Anitha K.B from A.J Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre, Mangalore.
