NSS Unit of Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences observed a Rashtriya Ekta Diwas to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel at Nitte Usha Institute of Nursing Sciences on 31-10-2017. Mrs. Suchithra BS, NSS Programme Officer, NUINS welcomed the gathering and said the importance of the day. Dr. Prof. Fatima D’Silva, Principal College of Nursing delivered talk on role and responsibility of students in the maintenance of National unity and delivered Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Pledge to the Volunteers. All students and faculty members of NUINS took pledge related to Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. On this occasion Prof. Sabitha Nayak, Vice Principal, and other faculty members were present. Total 100 NSS volunteers actively participated in the programme.
