The Science Club of NUINS organized a seminar on ‘Innovative solutions for healthcare practices’ on 11th January 2020 at the University Auditorium, Paneer Campus. Mr. Keerthan Prabhu, Head of Innovation Centre, NMAMIT, Karkala was the resource person for the seminar.
Dr. Fatima Dsilva, Principal presided over the seminar. Ms. Dona Maria, member of the Science Club welcomed the gathering and Mr. Sukesh Shetty, Asst. Professor, NUINS introduced the resource person. Addressing the students, Mr. Prabhu said - ‘Winners view problems as opportunities’. He urged the students to identify various problems in the healthcare setting and find solutions that will improve the physical and mental health of individuals and the general wellness of the society. He motivated the students and advised them to look beyond the obvious and take up the role of innovators in the chosen field.
