News from NMAMIT | ‘Javascript Mastery’ - Hands-on JavaScript Workshop

Finite Loop Club, NMAMIT, Nitte under Centre for Student Innovations (CFSI) - NMAMIT successfully conducted ‘Javascript Mastery’ - Hands-on JavaScript Workshop on 12th March 2022. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Shashank S Shetty who is an alumnus of NMAMIT and is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at MakeMyTrip.

The event commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Shashank Shetty, Asst. Professor, Dept. of CSE & Faculty Coordinator of Finite Loop Club. Students of 2nd, 3rd, 4th year BE (CSE) and MCA Students of NMAMIT, Nitte participated in the workshop.

This was followed by a Hands-on Training by Mr. Shashank S Shetty. He explained the basic web programming concepts, including HTML & CSS; this was followed by a hands-on-session on Javascript Fundamentals, including JavaScript datatypes, Hoisting Phase, Execution Phase, Scope of Var and Let Loops in JS.
