News from NMAMIT | Visit to central research facility @ NITK, Surathkal

The students of 3rd year Biotechnology Engineering visited the Central Research Facility (CRF) at the National Institute of Technology, Suratkal on 30th May 2022.

Prof. M.N. Satyanarayan, Chairman of CRF briefed the students about the facilities available at CRF. During the visit, the students received exposure on the working of various analytical instruments like FESEM, NMR, AFM, Raman Spectrometer, BET Analyzer, FTIR, TGA, Particle size analyzer, and hollow fibre fabrication unit. Dr. Arun M Isloor, Professor, Department of Chemistry explained the various facilities available at the CRF. The one-day visit was arranged and coordinated by Dr. Sneha Nayak.
