News from K.S Hegde hospital | Doctor’s Day Celebration

On the occasion of the birth & Death Anniversary of Dr. B.C Roy, the doctor’s day is celebrated at K.S Hegde hospital on Friday 1st of July. In thise Celebration there were four eminent & senior doctor’s namely Dr. Jayaram Shetty (consultant ophthalmologist, Mangaluru), Dr Vittaldas Pai (consultant orthopedic surgeon, Taliparamba, Kerala), Dr T.N Hegde (consultant obstetrician and Gynecologist, Kumta U.K), Dr Ramachandra Bairy (Family physician, Bidkalkatte, Kundapura) were felicitated in the programme for their mankind to the society, Addressing to the gathering Prof. Dr B Satheesh Kumar Bhandary (vice chancellor, Nitte deemed to be university) appreciated the contribution of the doctor’s to the society, Followed by Prof Dr M Shantharam Shetty (Pro-chancellor PG studies and hospital admin Nitte deemed to be university) congratulated the awardees for their life saving services to the people in the interior parts of both Karnataka & Kerala. Prof Dr P S Prakash, Dean KSHEMA, Prof Dr Harsha Halahalli, Registrar, Nitte deemed to be university, Prof Dr Amrit M Mirajkar, Vice Dean (Academics) KSHEMA, Prof Dr Jayaprakash Shetty K, Vice Dean (Admin), KSHEMA, were present on the dais.

Program started with the welcome address by Prof Dr P S Prakash, Dean KSHEMA and ended with vote of thanks by Dr. Sumalatha Shetty, In charge Medical superintendent. Dr. Adhithi Bhandary was the master of the ceremony.
