News from NICO | Faculty Development Program - Hands-on training in Canva

The Staff Development Centre, Nitte DU organized a Faculty Development Program - Hands-on training in Canva, on June 10th, 2022 from 9 am to 1 pm. Prof Raviraj, Head, NICO was the resource person. A total of 31 teaching staff from various constituent colleges participated in the program which was held at the Multimedia Lab of NICO.

The program began with a welcome address by Sadhana Deshmukh, Director, SDC after which, participants were guided to log in to CANVA and were given small assignments like designing a business card, a birthday invite, and a conference poster.

The participants were actively involved in the training and enjoyed the process of designing. A pre-test and post-test were conducted and feedback was documented by the Staff Development Centre.
