The Institutional Committee Against Substance Abuse (I-CASA), NUCSER organised a workshop on "Cyber Safety and Substance Abuse” by Mr Steevan D'Souza from "You Matter", Mangalore.
Mr. D`souza delivered interactive lectures for the BSc & MSc students on 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th October and 4th November 2022 where he discussed various issues relating to cyber-crimes and substance abuse. He emphasized the responsibility of the young student generation and advised them to avoid situations involving various types of substance abuse. He addressed the issue of concern regarding cyber safety. He spoke on various kinds of prevalent cyber- crimes and solutions to deal with it.
Dr Sudarshan Kini, Coordinator of I-CASA, NUCSER moderated the sessions.
290 UG & PG students appreciated these interactive sessions.
