Door-to-Door Health Education on Cervical Carcinoma

A health awareness program was conducted by the Dept. of Community Medicine, K S Hegde Medical Academy on 11th January 2024 at Talipadpu Anganwadi, Bantwal. Local families were educated on the risk factors, warning signs and preventive measures for cervical cancer through door-to-door interactions. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about the different presentations of cervical cancer and its prevalence in the community, promoting early detection and preventive practices.
