Health Education on Smoking Hazards and Cessation Methods

 A health awareness program was conducted on 14^th March 2024, at Kapikad Anganwadi, Ira by the Dept. of Community Medicine, K S Hegde Medical Academy. Participants were educated about the hazards of smoking, its harmful effects on health and effective methods to quit smoking. The initiative aimed to promote a smoke-free lifestyle and improve community health.
