HPV Vaccination and Cervical Cancer Screening Awareness Program

A health awareness program was conducted by the Dept. of Community Medicine, K S Hegde Medical Academy on 29th February 2024, at Ira Balepuni School, under the Ira Rural Health and Training Centre. Local community members were educated on the importance of HPV vaccination and cervical cancer screening. The program aimed to promote preventive practices and increase awareness about cervical cancer in the community.
