Newly elected members of the Student Council stepped into the leadership role and took oath to deliver their duties promptly on the occasion of the Investiture Ceremony held on 12th June 2024 at Dr. MRSM English Medium School.
Chief Guest, Mr. Manish K Salian, Legal & Operations Manager, SCLERAVDMS Pvt. Ltd., Mangalore pinned the badges & sashes and led the student leaders to take the oath. Mr Manish explained the six traits of leadership - Vision, Communication, Emotional intelligence, Decision making, Accountability and Adaptability. He said, by embodying these traits, leaders can create a positive and productive workplace culture that drives success for the organization and its people.
