A national-level workshop on Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) was organized by Justice K S Hegde Charitable Hospital and the Department of Pediatrics, KSHEMA in two batches on 20th and 21st July 2024. The program was conducted in association with the Pediatric Intensive Care Chapter and the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Dakshina Kannada Branch.
The workshop was attended by around 100 delegates from across the state. It featured expert-led lectures followed by hands-on workstations designed to develop essential skills for performing bedside ultrasound in critically ill children.
