Industrial visits are a key aspect of experiential learning, offering students an invaluable opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.
These visits play a vital role in student development by providing a hands-on understanding of the concepts discussed in the classroom, thereby enhancing career readiness.
Students gained firsthand exposure to the inner workings of the hospitality sector. They observed the complexities of hotel operations, from front desk management and reservation handling to the delivery of guest services.
This experience provided students with practical insights that go far beyond textbook learning.
By witnessing the application of customer service skills in real time and observing the seamless coordination between different hotel departments, students were able to grasp the intricacies of hospitality management. This exposure not only deepened their understanding of the industry but also equipped them with the knowledge and skills necessary for their future career.
