The Onam celebration “AARAVAM 2024” at NGSM Institute of Pharmaceutical sciences held on 12th September was a vibrant showcase of culture and unity. The lively Chenda Melam entry and a grand procession energized the crowd. The event was inaugurated with a lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing prosperity. A captivating Thiruvadira dance from students, a mesmerizing violin piece, flashmobs, tug of war and games were conducted as part of the festivities. The highlight was the delicious Onam Sadya, featuring a variety of traditional dishes. In the end, the DJ created the perfect atmosphere for dancing, ensuring everyone could fully enjoy the celebration.
