NIA student Pasang won the First prize
in an Urban Sketching contest
organized by the Deputy Commissioner
of Mangaluru's office. The competition
was a key event within the office's
Heritage Week program. Deputy
Commissioner Mullai Muhilan, IAS,
presented the award.
