The Alumni Relations Cell of Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy organized a webinar titled “Contemporary Assessment and Evidence-Based Physiotherapy for Knee Osteoarthritis: Leveraging Modern Tools and Technologies” on 15th May 2025 via Google Meet.
The session featured Ms. Anjaly Anna Biju, a distinguished alumna (2014 batch) and currently serving as Assistant Professor at Lourde Institute of Allied Health Sciences, Thaliparamba, Kannur, Kerala, who shared her expertise with the students.
The webinar commenced with a warm welcome and introduction of the speaker by Mr. Rakesh Krishna, Associate Professor. Ms. Anjaly provided an in-depth overview of the features, assessment and evidence based physiotherapy management of knee osteoarthritis, with a strong emphasis on the integration of modern tools and technologies. The session saw active participation from 64 enthusiastic postgraduates who engaged meaningfully and had their queries addressed. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. Rakesh Krishna, Alumni Cell Coordinator, NIPT.
