The first year BA (Hons) Media & Communication students of Nitte Institute of Communication (NICO) successfully launched their inaugural anthology magazines, a culmination of their efforts in the Advanced Reporting & Feature Writing course on 23rd May 2025 at NICO. Prof. (Dr) P V Satya Prasad, Head, NICO lauded the students for their early exposure to the intricacies of magazine design.
Five student teams presented their unique thematic publications, showcasing a diverse range of topics: "Fashion Through the Decades," "Puzzles of Death," "Paradox of the Mind," "Fractured Frames," and "Indian Cinema." Each team offered insights into their creative decisions, the challenges they overcame, and the inspirations that shaped their articles and visual layouts.
The event was hosted by Dr. Nesara Kadanakuppe, Assoc. Professor, NICO.
