The Placement & Training Unit of N.R.A.M. Polytechnic, Nitte formally inaugurated a 40-hour training program on Interview Facing Skills on 16th July 2025. The initiative is designed to equip final-year diploma students with essential skills, techniques and confidence to face job interviews effectively and succeed in their career paths.
Chief Guest, Sri Yogesh Hegde, CM & D, NET Campus highlighted the growing expectations of industries and how students must align their knowledge and skills to meet the demands of the job market. He stressed the importance of discipline, communication skills and adaptability in the workplace.
Dr. Sudhir Raj outlined the 40-hour training program, highlighting its focus on key areas like quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, communication skills, group discussions, interview techniques and resume building. He stressed its role in bridging the gap between academics and industry through practical insights and assessments.
Principal Sri. Vishwanathan K emphasized that beyond technical knowledge, students need soft skills, problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude to thrive in today’s competitive world.
