Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management (JKSHIM), Nitte organized a one-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) titled "Weaving the Web of Knowledge Synthesis" on 23rd August 2025. The FDP was designed to equip faculty with modern research skills.
Dr. Tantri Keerthi Dinesh, Asst. Professor at JKSHIM was the resource person. The session provided a practical guide to various types of literature reviews, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses and bibliometric reviews.
Thirty-nine delegates from various institutions participated in the program. Key topics covered included the use of advanced tools like Rayyan software, the PRISMA Chart and practical hands-on sessions. The FDP was widely appreciated for its valuable insights and practical approach to enhancing research capabilities.
