Dr. Parweez Shariff B. G., Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics & Communication (Advanced Communication Technology), NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, has brought laurels to the institute by securing the Second Prize in the prestigious Three Minute Thesis (3MT) Competition under the Ph.D. Category at the International Microwave World Leaders Conference (IMWLC) 2025.
The competition, known for its rigorous standards, challenges participants to effectively present complex research ideas concisely and engagingly within a span of just three minutes. Mr. Shariff’s achievement has been recognized for his outstanding presentation skills, clarity of thought and ability to communicate complex research idea effectively to a diverse audience.
Organized under the banner of IEEE, MTT-S, APS Societies, IEEE Kerala, IEEE Bangalore Section and AESS Bangalore Chapter, the event attracted global participation from budding researchers and professionals in the field of microwave and communication technologies.
