NUCSER hosted AARAMBH 2025, the induction ceremony of the Student Council for the academic year 2025-26, along with the Fresher’s Day celebration, on 9th September 2025, at the KS Hegde Auditorium, Deralakatte.
The Student Council inauguration was held in the morning session, where the newly elected members formally took charge. Chief Guest Dr. Raghavendra Holla, Chairman of Swastika National Business, administered the oath and inspired students with an address highlighting practical learning, personality development and entrepreneurial thinking.
Guest of Honour, Prof (Dr) Sumalatha Shetty, Medical Superintendent, K S Hegde Hospital commended NUCSER’s steady progress and encouraged students to value discipline and leadership roles as stepping stones to success.
Prof (Dr) Anirban Chakraborty, Director, NUCSER shared his insights through reflections from Life’s Little Instruction Book by H. Jackson Brown, inspiring students with simple yet profound lessons for personal growth and success.
An appreciation certificate was handed over to the ex-council members recognizing their contribution and invaluable support to the institute. The winners of various events conducted on the occasion of anti-ragging awareness week were also presented with certificate and prize during the event. The formal event ended with vote of thanks proposed by the President of the Council, Ms. Tanya Shridhar.
The afternoon session concluded with the much-awaited Fresher’s Day celebrations, brimming with talent and creativity. The highlight of the event was the Mr. & Ms. Fresher contest, which showcased the unique skills and personalities of the new UG and PG batches. After a series of fun and competitive rounds, the titles were awarded to deserving students in recognition of their confidence, talent and personality.
The event concluded with cultural performances leaving the new batch of students with cherished memories.
