Dr. MRSM English Medium High School hosted a meeting of the CBSE Counselling Hub and Spoke School Model, a significant initiative aimed at promoting the health and well-being of students on 18th September 2025.
The meeting featured a PPT presentation by Dr. Sri Vidya, Assistant Professor & Counsellor at the Student Wellness Centre, Nitte University. Her presentation focused on the essential activities, schools must undertake to support the mental health of students, emphasizing the importance of emotional resilience, early intervention and creating safe, inclusive spaces for student expression. The meeting was attended by Principals and Counsellors from the Spoke Schools, who actively participated in discussions and shared valuable insights. The gathering served as a collaborative platform to align efforts and strategies for nurturing the emotional and psychological wellness of learners.
