The inauguration of Srijana 2025, the Annual Day celebrations of Nitte Rukmini Adyanthaya Memorial Polytechnic, was held on 15th October 2025, marking the commencement of the institution’s cultural and traditional festivities. The Cultural Day programs on 16th October featured a series of competitions and performances that provided students with a platform to exhibit their artistic and creative talents.
The Annual Day function held on 17th October was presided over by Sri. A. Yogeesh Hegde, Director (CM&D), Nitte Campus. Dr. Sudhir M, Director, Justice K S Hegde Institute of Management, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, while Sri. Albin C J, Senior Engineer, SLV Power Pvt. Ltd., Mangalore, represented the alumni.
The Principal, Sri. Vishwanathan K, presented the Annual Report, highlighting the notable achievements of students & staff in academics, co-curricular and extracurricular domains. Prizes were awarded to meritorious students across various categories, including branch toppers, achievers and winners of literary, sports & cultural competitions.
As a gesture of appreciation & respect, the institution felicitated its retiring staff members - Smt. Vijaya Kumari, Sri. Sathish Shettigar, Sri. Ajith Kumar K G, Sri. M Rudrappa, Sri. Rohith Kumar Shetty, Smt. P Vedavathi, Sri. Boggu Parava and Sri. Nagaraj L Rao for their dedicated service and valuable contributions to the institution.
Dr. Sudhir M emphasized the significance of discipline and the right attitude as key ingredients for a successful career. He urged students to remain focused, responsible and value-driven in their professional pursuits. Sri. Albin shared insights from his professional journey and encouraged students to embrace opportunities and adaptability, illustrating his message through an inspiring personal anecdote.
The formal function concluded with vibrant cultural performances by the students, bringing Srijana 2025 to a joyous and memorable close.
