News from NRAMP | Annual Sports Day - 2025

The Annual Sports Day of Nitte Rukmini Adyanthaya Memorial Polytechnic was held on 31st October 2025. The event aimed to promote sportsmanship, physical fitness and teamwork among students and provided a platform for the young athletes to showcase their talent and energy.

The program began with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest, Sri. Shashipal Hegde, Former Physical Director of Dr. NSAM English Medium School, Nitte. Inaugurating the event, Mr. Hegde urged the students to utilize the opportunities provided and participate wholeheartedly, emphasizing that active participation matters more than winning prizes.

Sri. Vishwanathan K, Principal, appreciated the efforts of the students and staff in organizing the event. He highlighted the importance of sports and physical fitness as essential aspects of education.

Students actively participated in all the on-track and off-track events, showing great enthusiasm and team spirit. The day concluded with a thrilling Tug of War conducted separately for students and staff.
