The Student Welfare Committee of Dr. NSAM First Grade College organized an awareness program on Women’s Health and Hygiene for the 3rd year students of the college. The session covered menstrual hygiene, healthy lifestyle habits and preventive healthcare.
Principal, Prof. Raghavendra R emphasized the impact of junk food and the importance of the HPV vaccine. Guest speaker, Ms. Vedashree RS discussed hygiene practices and conditions like PCOD and endometriosis.
